At the Ministry of Social Development and Family Services, I manage data analysis functions and analytical platforms, and lead developers designing database solutions that support social programs. I also provide insights to inform public policy and program improvements.
At CARICOM IMPACS, I led a data migration project involving over 600 million records and helped implement a secure business intelligence framework for regional policy-making. Earlier, at Guardian Group, I directed database operations and contributed to a 15% increase in data retrieval efficiency.
I teach Big Data Analytics at UWI, ROYTEC, and have developed and delivered courses on Persuading with Data and Marketing Analytics. My research interests include marketing analytics and public policy, and I presented on The Art of Data Storytelling at Caribbean Tech Summit 2023.
