At LendingTree, I manage end-to-end lender onboarding, test lender APIs for lead transmission, resolve lead-post escalations, and coordinate with technical teams and third parties. I also prepare weekly failed-lead reports using Snowflake and Tableau.
Previously, I supported lending operations at LendingTree, business intelligence reporting at ANG, and merchant onboarding at Paytm. I've built SQL database objects, Salesforce dashboards and reports, onboarding SOPs, and process improvements that reduced manual funding work.
