What I'm looking for

I'm developing my work specifically around AI adoption and digital skills, with a particular interest in helping people build the confidence, attitudes and understanding to use AI effectively.

As a self-employed Training, Learning & Development Consultant, I develop training, learning resources and practical tools using AI for research, content development and instructional design.

I'm developing AI adoption and digital-skills training, with a particular focus on confidence, attitudes and behaviour change. I use ChatGPT for research, analysis, learning, content design, productivity and training resources.

At Rotherham Council, I designed and delivered employability training and one-to-one coaching. I adapted learning to different needs, confidence levels and barriers to participation.

As a Volunteer Co-Trainer on the MOE Coaching Programme, I co-facilitated professional coaching programmes and group learning activities. At Camden Council, I delivered and designed safeguarding training for professional audiences across multi-agency settings.
