At Macmillan Education, I built relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborated with the Senior Sales Lead on strategies to achieve sales targets across regions from Cairo to Upper Egypt.

At British Modern School, Cairo, I delivered English and Social Studies programs and created individualized support plans for 100+ participants. I also led academic operations, supporting 10+ team members in achieving objectives and adopting effective strategies.
At Buzoor for Learning, I supported participants and team members through Zoom hosting and communication management, responded to stakeholder inquiries, and served on the Learning Committee. I hold a Professional Educator Diploma in Teaching Early Years and a TAFL Diploma in teaching methodologies.
