I’m looking to own CRM and lifecycle automation end-to-end—HubSpot/Pipedrive workflows, segmentation, deliverability, and KPI reporting—so teams can improve lead tracking, engagement, and pipeline conversion in a remote-first environment.

I’m a CRM Manager with 5+ years of experience building and optimizing CRM systems, automating customer journeys, and improving lead conversion through lifecycle automation and segmentation strategies. I configure and manage HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub) and implement Pipedrive to create structured pipelines that support both inbound lead management and outbound sales.
