What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can apply customer operations, process knowledge, communication, and team-support experience to improve service quality, resolve complex issues, and meet organizational targets.

I've supported global customers and operations at DAZN, Teleperformance, Synchrony Financial Services, Sutherland Global Services, and Genpact.

At DAZN, I supported Foxtel Australia and FIFA Japan customers through voice and chat, consistently meeting service, productivity, and quality targets. As an SME, I provided floor support, coaching, and guidance on complex queries, processes, and best practices.

I've handled Apple order-support emails, calls, and tickets, managed more than 120 accounts a day at Synchrony, and resolved Amazon UK customer queries across inbound calls and chats. I also compiled process reports to help drive operational improvements.

My experience includes technical recruitment, client relations, B2B telesales, lead-data management, and team supervision. I bring practical, accurate, adaptable support with strong communication, process discipline, and a focus on meeting targets.
