What I'm looking for

I want to lead a team building new digital products end-to-end—turning data and real-world insight into durable engagement, monetization, and retention, with room to ship fast and compound learning.

I love building and scaling digital products. For a little over two decades, I’ve built consumer and platform products across gaming, communications, and live-service businesses—and I’m especially drawn to the frontier shift from Mobile Apps to AI.

I’ve taken products to 300M+ monthly active users, owned a $50M+ P&L, and led 100+ person product and engineering organizations. My craft sits where product meets experience and economics: creating memorable moments, designing monetization, and engineering retention.

In 2024, out of a personal frustration with opaque home buying, I founded MHXP—My Home Experience. I built an immersive digital-twin “try before you buy” platform from a blank page, defined the monetization model and enterprise go-to-market motion, and led delivery and customer-success functions—reaching ₹12 Cr ARR at 35% margins with 30+ enterprise customers.

Previously, I led the mobile product experience for Microsoft Teams (300M+ MAU), drove a 600-basis-point lift in core engagement for frontline workers, and built a rapid experimentation engine at Moonfrog that diversified revenue and contributed to a $100M acquisition. Across my roles at Hike and Zynga, I’ve focused on data + field insight, repeatable operating mechanisms, and shipping durable processes—then carried that same ethos into building AI products end-to-end.
