Collaborated with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in an Onshore/Offshore model for requirement gathering, handling change requests, delivering test packages, and obtaining approval for environment testing.

Conducted EMR and PMS system workshops and prepared documentation like BRD, FRD, and EPIC stories. Developed criteria for MU 3 certification and designed and implemented Adult Immunization and OBS & Gynae modules.

Implemented HIS software with the assistance of Impulse technologies and collaborated with the IT team to address software error-related issues for hospital staff. Organized healthcare camps at the district level and prepared SOPs for all departments and units within the hospital.

Managed all emergency cases, including Cardiac, Ortho, Surgical, Obs & Gynae. Oversaw the management of Cardiac ambulance Emergency services and provided patient education on illness prevention and detection by distributing resources and materials to patients and families.
