I’m a detail-oriented Hausa and English speaker who brings strong communication, analytical, and digital skills to language and AI-related work. I’m passionate about language, AI technology, and culturally accurate content evaluation.

Since 2019, I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative, communicating effectively with customers in Hausa and English while handling inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. I use digital communication tools for customer support and coordination, maintaining quality while meeting instructions and deadlines.

I’m especially effective at following detailed instructions and working independently to deliver accurate results in annotation, evaluation, and AI-related projects. I combine attention to detail with prompt creation and response evaluation to support consistent, high-quality outcomes.

I also have strong cultural and linguistic awareness, along with internet research and online communication skills that help me assess content responsibly. I’m comfortable with remote, flexible projects and I’m a fast learner who adapts quickly to new requirements.
