At SEHATI BY LAKITECH LLC, I lead development of an Arabic, AI-enabled EHR/EMR platform for hospital and outpatient workflows in the Syrian healthcare market. I translate clinical needs into product specifications, workflows, and implementation plans.
I coordinate developers, clinicians, researchers, and institutional stakeholders through design, development, testing, and deployment. I also designed AI-assisted Arabic clinical documentation workflows for admission, progress, discharge, prescriptions, and outpatient care.
At INNOVATIVE HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE, I managed development of a secure, customizable healthcare research data platform for patient registries and institutional research. I led user acceptance testing and workflow validation, then coordinated revisions with the development team.
My work also includes healthcare research at MAYO CLINIC, EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE CENTER, and website development and content support for MUSLIM HEALTH NETWORK. I hold an MD and a Master of Health Informatics, and I bring clinical, research, and product experience to healthcare technology initiatives.
