I’m an SAP SD Associate Consultant with 2+ years of experience delivering end-to-end implementation, support, and rollout projects for manufacturing clients. I focus on turning business requirements into clean SAP SD configuration while ensuring compliance and smooth execution.

In my current role, I lead new GST configuration in SAP SD to meet updated tax laws and e-invoicing needs. I coordinate with finance and compliance teams to map tax codes, pricing procedures, and reporting requirements into SAP, and I oversee IRN and E-Way Bill integration through Clear Tax with real-time invoicing API connectivity.

I also support SD rollout activities in S/4HANA, including functional configuration and hyper care after go-live. I prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP on custom enhancements, while ensuring functional testing and readiness through structured support.

Previously, I supported SD operations for a manufacturing client by resolving user issues across orders, deliveries, and billing. I handled incident management and root-cause analysis (via ServiceNow), performed master data upload and reporting support, and delivered clear documentation, SOPs, and end-user training to drive quick closure.
