I’m a DWDM Network Engineer with 2 years of experience in planning, integration, and operations of optical transport networks. I focus on network stability and uptime, combining multi-vendor DWDM experience with practical field troubleshooting.

At Fiber@Home Ltd., I coordinated cross-functional teams to support smooth DWDM network operations and delivered 10G, 100G, and 400G service plans. I’ve migrated live traffic and fiber spans with minimal service impact, while ensuring careful risk management through documentation and RCA preparation.

I’m experienced in fault troubleshooting across multi-vendor environments, including power optimization and traffic rerouting when needed. I’ve identified SPoF using ConnectMaster and supported mitigation by preparing and reviewing FR, SPR, SCR, and UDD documentation, including Central Office (CO) shifting activities.

I also strengthen network performance through expansion and optimization initiatives, and I train on DWDM hardware and software troubleshooting. I’m comfortable working with NMS-based integrations, producing service plans and LLD diagrams using Microsoft Visio, and supporting span loss and capacity reporting.
