At Orbit Net, I provided technical support for 500+ users, configured routers and switches, managed firewalls and server security, and used proactive monitoring to reduce downtime.
At Open Network Solution, I maintained and secured ISP networks and servers, configured Cisco equipment and bandwidth management systems, and delivered L2 support for network issues.
