What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior telecom role where I can lead FTTx and network operations, improve reliability and MTTR, manage cross-functional teams, and drive business growth while optimizing costs.

I am a telecommunications professional with over 18.5 years of experience driving FTTx, transmission, operations and maintenance across large urban and district networks. I have led zonal teams, coordinated long-haul and backbone connectivity projects for government and commercial clients, and delivered low-MTTR operations for major telcos and ISPs.

My background includes project management, GIS route-design for fiber infrastructure, NOC monitoring processes and hands-on technical delivery from FDH to sub-house connectivity. I played a key role in implementing FTTH in diplomatic zones and supporting Info-Sarkar, BTCL and other national projects, and I hold Ericsson certification in Quality & Safety and an MBA in MIS.

I excel at cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination and process development to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget. I seek to apply my pragmatic, results-oriented approach to improve network reliability, reduce costs and grow new business opportunities.
