I'm looking to apply my telecom production operations and network troubleshooting experience in an enterprise Network Engineer role, supporting reliable services, incident resolution, technical coordination, and operational continuity.

At Ericsson, I support Grameenphone (Telenor) charging operations, production monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, and service continuity.

I've progressed from Associate Graduate Engineer in MS Delivery to Operations Engineer, handling production-impacting incidents, operational changes, technical coordination, root-cause analysis, and shift handovers.

I bring practical networking and systems foundations in TCP/IP, IP addressing, Linux/UNIX, Wireshark, log analysis, and network troubleshooting, and I'm looking to apply this production experience in a Network Engineer role.
