What I'm looking for
I’m a Project Manager and Administrative Manager with over 5 years of experience in the private sector, built around strong management, administration, leadership, employee development, and event coordination. I bring practical coordination experience with government representatives connected to Customs Services and I’ve supported trade-focused initiatives tied to the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
In my current role as an Administrative & Logistics Support Consultant on the FIRST Project by CoWater International, I provide end-to-end administrative, logistical, and coordination support for multi-day trade-related events. I coordinate venues, transport, and service providers; manage participant registration and on-site documentation; translate event materials into Portuguese and French; and support workshop delivery, including sessions such as Training of Border Officials (IPEME/MTGAS) and validation of AfCFTA Protocols on Women and Youth in Trade.
Previously, as Administrative Manager at SE Trade Advisors, I supported comprehensive administrative and operational functions for international trade consultancy activities, including office administration, records management, stakeholder coordination, budget support, policy implementation, and preparation of official correspondence and reports. I also contributed to the development of a Toolkit to Use and Implement the AfCFTA Agreement funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), supporting research, coordination, documentation, and project administration.
Earlier, as Project Manager at NDIMENSOES DIGITAIS, LDA, I led nationwide coordination for the Tax Authority of Mozambique (Autoridade Tributária de Moçambique) Badge Printing Project, overseeing coordination, production, and distribution of identification cards across multiple provinces. The work required clear leadership, stakeholder engagement, operational execution, and tracking tools to support timely and accurate nationwide implementation, and it shaped how I deliver structured results today. I’m also currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at ISCIM (Instituto Superior de Comunicação e Imagem de Moçambique).
