I provide day-to-day IT support across Windows and Linux environments, troubleshooting system, connectivity, application, access, and configuration issues.

In my independent systems administration and IT support work, I support AWS EC2 and hosted infrastructure, including Linux servers, DNS, SSL/TLS, cPanel/WHM, and web applications. I also troubleshoot Microsoft 365, email, networking, and remote-access issues.

I configure hosting environments and domains, investigate server and application errors, and follow issues through to resolution. I document repeatable fixes and use scripts to simplify recurring administrative and support tasks.
