I analyzed campaign and inventory data to find gaps and scheduling conflicts, then resolved them with stakeholder feedback. I also wrote BRDs and process workflows, guided stakeholders through them, and maintained audit-ready SOPs.
At Prochant India, I handled healthcare billing queries and escalations through ServiceNow and documented billing guidelines in BRD-style documents and SOPs. I also built Excel and Power BI reports for campaign and inventory visibility at Wipro Technologies.
