I’m a Software Engineer building and maintaining backend services and RESTful APIs with Java and Spring Boot, backed by SQL databases. I take ownership of integration work across services and ensure functional and technical requirements are validated end to end.

In my current role, I rebuild and manage Docker base images, including image tagging and deployments to AWS ECR for internal services. I also write unit tests using JUnit and PowerMock for Spring-based applications, and support SDK/API integration tasks to keep systems dependable under real conditions.

Before this, I worked as an Associate Software Engineer supporting backend application development and maintenance with Java and Spring technologies. I helped debug and investigate issues, supported configuration and deployment preparation, and contributed to internal service reliability through careful analysis and collaboration.

Earlier, I transitioned into an Application Developer role after an internship at Financial Link Sdn Bhd, where I supported projects focused on managing individuals’ insurance needs. I’ve also built problem-solving strength through internships (Java troubleshooting and database operations) and a final-year Fog Computing project using task offloading to reduce latency and improve performance for IoT workloads.
