I’m a dedicated Registered Nurse with 47 years of nursing experience, including over 20 years specializing in workers’ compensation case management and telephonic triage. Throughout my career, I’ve built a reputation for attention to detail, accurate, timely information, and strong support for both injured employees and the organizations they serve.
In my most recent roles, I reviewed injury information, gathered and verified essential details, and communicated with insurers, medical providers, 3rd party providers, and attorneys. I initiated workers’ compensation claims and made accuracy and clear communication central to establishing each claim correctly from the start.
As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, I coordinated care across physicians, employers, insurance carriers, attorneys, and injured workers while maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with established procedures. Working remotely strengthened my ability to manage multiple priorities, utilize technology efficiently, and maintain exceptional service while meeting deadlines.
