What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote RN role in case management, utilization management or review, clinical review, or telephonic care management where I can use autonomous assessment, triage, care coordination, and patient education.

I've spent more than nine years delivering clinical care across workers’ compensation, home infusion, hospital, and outpatient settings.

In my current workers’ compensation nursing role, I independently assess patients at home, identify changes in condition early, coordinate with providers, and develop and monitor individualized plans of care before needs escalate to hospital-level care.

I've supported IVIG, biologic, antibiotic, monoclonal antibody, and blood transfusion therapies at NURSEFirst, UnitedHealth Group, and Rheumatology Consultants. My work includes patient education, vascular access, care coordination, chart audits, ICD-10 documentation, DME, and medical-necessity letters.

At UTMC, I provided transplant, ICU, medical-surgical, emergency, and interventional radiology nursing support while helping educate employees. I’m seeking a remote RN role where I can apply clinical assessment, triage, utilization review, and telephonic care management experience.
