I'm looking to continue delivering EHR implementations, product validation, and healthcare workflow improvements while partnering closely with clients and cross-functional product teams.

I'm currently leading end-to-end EHR implementations at Digicorp Systems, from requirements gathering and workflow analysis through configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

I work directly with healthcare clients to turn clinical and operational needs into EHR modules, forms, user roles, permissions, and workflows. I also coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Support teams to resolve issues and deliver implementation milestones.

At lnSync Healthcare Solutions by Qualifacts, I validated EHR workflows and supported US revenue-cycle operations across scheduling, claims, charges, payment posting, AR, denials, and rejections. I built Tableau and Excel dashboards from healthcare claims data and was recognized with Hall of Fame, Star Achiever, and 100% Quality awards.

My RCM background includes insurance verification, authorizations, pre-certification, billing, and coding workflows. I contributed to improvements that reduced claim denials by 80% and increased payment accuracy by 70%.
