I’m a hands-on, field-deployed AI infrastructure leader with 19+ years spanning Oracle and Hewlett-Packard. I’ve led enterprise deployments end-to-end—from roadmap governance to rolling up my sleeves on the data center floor—so engineering, operations, and vendors move in sync.

Most notably, I spearheaded Phase 1 deployment of one of the world’s largest AI data center campuses (Abilene, TX), personally deploying and provisioning 1,000+ NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 racks across liquid-cooled and air-cooled configurations. I also established an on-site GPU repair facility in Abilene, cutting RMA costs and driving an 86% increase in repair productivity, with standardized repair SOPs adopted across global manufacturing.

As Global Product Lead, I designed and automated Field Action Plans (FAPs) to replace manual tracking workflows and accelerate hyperscale field response. I lead failure analysis and debug on NVIDIA GB200 and AMD MI300X hardware, partnering with NVIDIA, AMD, and Foxconn engineering teams to resolve interoperability issues and improve manufacturing quality.

I’ve served as product lead for Exadata and PCA platforms, owning deployment lifecycle governance, roadmap alignment, and global field readiness. Alongside this, I’ve monitored and governed large-scale AI and cloud infrastructure health across hyperscale OCI deployments, authored and governed 850+ technical assets (SOPs, deployment workflows, firmware guidance), and ensured SLA compliance through proactive issue identification and resolution.
