I helped manage daily operations at Promise Home, a nonprofit orphanage in Tela, Honduras, supporting care programs that created a safe and nurturing environment for children.

I coordinated staff, managed resources, supervised volunteers, and contributed to administrative work while following organizational policies and supporting the mission. My experience includes leadership, scheduling, intercultural communication, Spanish, and translation.

At Takitos AF, I worked across front-of-house service and kitchen support in a fast-paced independent Mexican restaurant. I handled customer service, food preparation, POS systems, cash handling, and team collaboration.
