What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use judgment, discretion, organization, technology, and problem-solving to support fast-moving operations. I value flexible environments, changing priorities, continuous improvement, and opportunities to take ownership and grow.

I've supported operations across Southport Smokehouse, Generations Church, Cafe Koa, and Promise Camp, stepping into changing priorities and keeping people, schedules, and logistics moving.

At Southport Smokehouse, I became a trusted multi-role team member across drive-thru, cashiering, serving, phone orders, dining operations, and training. I earned a raise after more than two years by resolving workflow issues, supporting coworkers, and reliably managing competing customer and operational needs.

I'm drawn to work requiring judgment, discretion, organization, technology, and continuous improvement. Whether coordinating ministry services, supporting classrooms, caring for children, or operating in high-volume hospitality settings, I learn quickly and take ownership without waiting to be asked.
