I'm looking to lead complex product and digital-transformation programs where I can strengthen delivery governance, scale Agile teams, improve DevOps outcomes, and create measurable value for clients and customers.

I'm currently leading concurrent product development, managed services, and staff-augmentation accounts at Nuventure Connect Systems, including Pickleball Game Maker, Norsup, Performive, Ziff Davis, Affinity Click, and Chefmade. I own delivery from discovery and solutioning through budgeting, governance, execution, and client escalation management.

Previously, I led modernization of Air India's Flying Returns loyalty platform and mobile-app delivery, coordinating integrations across reservation, CRM, payment, partner airline, web, mobile, and airport systems. Across 22+ years, I've delivered programs for PayPal, PwC, Aditya Birla Capital, KPMG, ISRO, public-sector clients, and healthcare organizations.

I've managed scrum teams of 75+ engineers, delivered five concurrent programs with combined budgets above $2M, and helped improve release frequency by 30% through Agile and DevOps practices. I bring PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agilist, ICAgile Agile Coach, and DevOps certifications to delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable business outcomes.
