I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in fraud detection and cybersecurity. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, I have honed my skills in identifying and mitigating risks within banking environments. My experience at PNC Bank has equipped me with the ability to analyze customer cases and detect suspicious activities effectively.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to minimizing fraud and organizational risk. As a Detection and Investigation Analyst Lead, I not only reviewed and investigated cases but also trained staff and shared best practices to enhance team performance. My analytical skills were further sharpened during my time as a Beta Tester for AWS courses, where I identified and corrected mistakes to improve the learning experience.
