At ESSPL, I work as a Business Analyst focused on Odoo ERP implementation, functional consulting, and pre-sales solutioning. I translate business requirements and operational challenges into practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
I lead requirement elicitation, GAP analysis, and process mapping across areas including CRM, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, and accounting. I also assess when a need calls for configuration, customization, integration, or reporting.
For pre-sales engagements, I prepare functional specifications, demo scenarios, proposal materials, and solution walkthroughs. I support engagements across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and other domains from discovery through solution definition.
I coordinate UAT, manual testing, defect tracking, and user training with sales, development, QA, and delivery teams. My Odoo 19 Functional Certification and working knowledge of Python, XML, Jira, Balsamiq, and Figma help me connect business needs with technical teams.
