I also coordinated product and engineering work on a robotics prototype, clarifying requirements and surfacing blockers. I planned a cross-team demo day for senior leadership.
On a freelance project for a local print shop, I built a web platform that digitized orders from upload through delivery or pickup. It included Google OAuth 2.0, Google Maps address selection, document previews, and an AWS deployment with files stored in Amazon S3.
I built a stateful support-ticket triage environment in Python and FastAPI, where deterministic rewards make agent scores reproducible and traceable. In a separate RAG project, I developed document question-answering and verification capabilities across legal and policy documents, including a Neo4j knowledge graph and contradiction detection.
