I’m an Instructional Designer with experience creating engaging eLearning content and instructor-led training materials. At CommLab India, Hyderabad (2023–present), I define learning objectives, build course outlines, and align training with client learning goals.

I collaborate closely with SMEs and stakeholders—reviewing inputs, finalizing content, and translating requirements into clear instructional design. I develop storyboards that incorporate content, graphics, interactivities, and assessments aligned to established standards, then bring them to life through authoring tools.

I’ve delivered interactive, performance-focused learning experiences, including simulation-based courses for data entry workflows and scenario-based assessments. I also converted instructor-led training on “Cultural Awareness” into interactive eLearning by integrating visuals, meaningful interactivities, and scenario-based learning to improve engagement.

I’m comfortable balancing quality with pace, producing facilitator and participant guides, job aids, and printable resources under tight deadlines. With tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and Easygenerator—plus video and design support—I build training that’s easier to navigate, more immersive, and built for real-world application.
