I deliver 200+ interactive learning modules in 22 global languages, improving efficiency, workflow standardization, and learner experience using SOP-driven processes, reusable systems, and AI-assisted workflows.

In my recent role, I developed AI-assisted Storyline 360 and Rise 360 solutions, and I managed Q-DAC LMS operations including reporting, course deployment, and backend learning workflows. I also build Level 1-5 learning experiences with JavaScript triggers, branching logic, simulations, gamification, voiceovers, and multilingual deployments—collaborating with 25+ global stakeholders, supporting 40,000+ learners, and mentoring/standardizing quality practices across high-volume projects.
