I’m looking for a high-impact talent acquisition role where I can own full-cycle recruiting, build top-of-funnel pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

I’m a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter with experience delivering full-cycle recruiting from intake to onboarding in fast-paced, high-volume corporate and agency environments. I build top talent funnels within Sales, Client Success, Product, IT, Marketing, and Business Operations, and I enjoy developing trusting relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and hiring managers. I’m known for a strong sense of urgency and accountability while exceeding performance metrics and providing excellent candidate experiences.

I’ve earned A Player recognition in 2024 and 2025 with Dynatron, and I was awarded the first Annual Incentive Bonus at Nielsen in 2022 for non management employees. I also received a Google “Vendor of the Year” award in 2019 (Akorbi Google Account) and contributed to pipeline and tracking improvements, including being appointed the Lead on a Nielsen (Pilot) internal tracking database of passive top talent for future requirements and pipeline health.

At Dynatron Software, I remotely drive the full-cycle talent acquisition process end to end across GTM, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, Operations, Finance, and Accounting. I create and own talent pipelines through multiple platforms and referrals, and I led the growth of Client Success and Operations at a scale of 200% from 2023-2025 while maintaining a professional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Previously at Nielsen, I managed a high-touch, fast-paced full-cycle strategy across US and Canada with 25–30 average requisitions, and I sourced, screened, and coordinated assessments for a bi-annual internship program filling 200 internship openings.
