What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to combine my culinary skills with my passion for youth development, in a supportive and innovative environment.

I am a dedicated culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen environments, ranging from head chef roles to bakery management. My journey began in the hospitality sector, where I honed my skills at renowned establishments such as The Harbormaster Hotel and Penrhos Golf Club. Over the years, I have developed a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences while managing kitchen operations efficiently.

In addition to my culinary expertise, I have a strong background in youth work, having served as a Youth Support Worker at RAY Ceredigion. This role allowed me to combine my passion for food with my commitment to supporting young people in the community. I believe in the power of mentorship and strive to inspire others through my work.
