What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior product design role where I can own the experience, work closely with business and engineering, and stay involved in how the product gets built.

I lead product design across banking, lending, Web3 and enterprise platforms, framing problems before solutions and staying close to delivery.

At FPT Software, I led a cross-functional team of 10 across VN, US and JP engagements, setting UX/UI architecture, clearing design bottlenecks and signing off high-impact releases.

At Aperia Solutions, I helped establish a shared design system for 10 core banking products. At Tinh Van, I owned UX for a lending service used by more than 500,000 customers and ran the research and usability testing behind it.

Most recently at H3Tech, I consulted on product and UX direction, discovery, roadmap priorities and delivery alignment. I bring PMP, PMI-ACP and PSM credentials to the delivery side of design, and I’m exploring how AI can improve product development and internal workflows.
