What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior product/UX role where I can lead design strategy, build scalable design systems, mentor teams, and deliver research-driven digital products in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am a senior product designer who leads UX and visual design across fintech, FMCG, insurance, travel startups and agency work. I focus on turning business goals into clear, usable digital experiences.

At Vinamilk I led design strategy for key digital transformation projects and defined team workflows, scalable UX prototyping, style guides and a pattern library. At ZaloPay I owned end-to-end design and research strategy, created UX patterns and UX health checking, and supported an e-wallet with millions of monthly active users.

I combine qualitative user research, usability testing and data analysis with hands-on visual and interaction design. I work in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision and Zeplin, and I build design systems, customer journeys, and standards for future improvement.

I enjoy mentoring and building design practices that scale, collaborating cross-functionally to align design with product and business outcomes, and delivering user-centered solutions that improve digital experiences across channels.
