I’m a Product Designer focused on human-centered design, with experience creating seamless digital experiences that bridge user needs and business objectives—especially in Banking & Finance.

At Saigon-Hanoi Bank, I helped drive product work during the Digital Transformation phase, targeting the transition of customers from SHB Mobile while also attracting new users. I built Information Architecture and Design Orientation, and I managed the SHB application project for individual customers, coordinating a team of 9 to synchronize the Design System and improve customer experience.

I led and built the Design System end-to-end—creating the Style Guide, Foundation, Components, Patterns, and Documentation—and planned development by analyzing requirements while evaluating human resources, time, and risks. I partnered with the development team to build a common foundation and system, and I maintained quality through design processes like peer and design review templates and the Design System structure.

I also strengthen product outcomes through usability testing, managing a team of 6 to create plans, interview customers, analyze data, and report findings. Previously, as a Designer at Tower Hanoi Software, I designed applications across health, production, hospitality, and entertainment—conducting research, balancing UI needs between users and developers, supporting responsive design, and creating App Store/Google Play assets.
