I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant role where I can support a dynamic team by managing calendars and communications, coordinating schedules, and handling day-to-day operations. I want long-term professional growth and the chance to contribute initiative and strong execution.

I’m a highly organized and dependable Virtual Assistant with experience providing administrative, customer service, and operational support in remote environments. I specialize in keeping work accurate and on time while helping teams stay efficient through clear communication and strong follow-through.

In my most recent role as a Virtual Administrative Assistant (Remote) from January 2024 to December 2024, I managed client communications, handled inquiries, and maintained accurate record keeping. I supported daily operations through task coordination, follow ups, and efficient use of digital tools—especially for calendar, scheduling, and email management.

Before that, I supported in-person customer service from 2022 to 2023 at Harmosa Cosmetics-Nairobi. I assisted customers with product selection, processed transactions, and resolved complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience and strong customer relationships. I also maintained organized inventory to help daily operations run smoothly.
