In my current role, I independently configure CER claim edits, billing indicators, and DNB flags to optimize mid-revenue cycle efficiency and support clean claim submission. I’ve also built payer-specific automation for Medi-Cal and Partnership payers to auto-populate supervision requirements based on CPT codes, reducing manual entry and claim submission errors.
I’m strong at resolving complex claim edits by analyzing CER rules, claim workflow, and payer requirements—whether it’s fixing “Invalid Subscriber ID” edits through plan-specific exclusions or mapping CARC/RARC codes to ensure payer-specific adjustment handling across service areas. I document configuration-related billing staff support through ServiceNow and author clear ServiceNow documentation to promote transparency, knowledge transfer, and consistent build practices.
