What I'm looking for
I’m a Hospitality Specialist (RSD Consulting) who builds strong relationships with internal teams and clients to “increase RevPAR,” improve occupancy, and reduce OTA costs for hotel and resort owners.
Previously as a Regional Sales Director (RSD), I led revenue generation, profit and loss, budgets, and annual sales and marketing strategies across branded hotel portfolios. I serviced multiple (8–15) hotels with over $30 million in revenues, helping deliver occupancy/RevPAR/ADR goals through coaching and alignment with corporate/brand management, revenue leadership, ownership, and local teams.
Earlier, I strengthened operations and guest experience as a Resident Services/Operations Manager and Interim General Manager, serving as the critical link for multi-level yield profitability and growth for a $4.5-million asset while supporting corporate office, vendors, staff, and locals.
I also bring go-to-market and commercial leadership experience as Director of Sales & Marketing (including Hilton World Wide Focus Service Division and Interstate Hotels & Resorts), where I supported top revenue performance and increased room sales to $4.3 million (double year over year). I’ve complemented my hotel leadership with hospitality instruction as a Faculty Instructor at Blinn College and a strong foundation in revenue management, hotel marketing, and property management systems.
