At NikkiChi LLC, I planned and managed social media strategies for U.S. client brands in real estate, law, finance, solar energy, and health and fitness. I developed tailored content calendars and wrote SEO-optimized copy for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
I also guided the creative team on content direction and reviewed content before publishing. I designed campaign graphics and short-form videos in Canva, created Mailchimp newsletters, and uploaded blog articles to Squarespace.
At Centre for Behavior Change and Communication (CBCC Africa), I managed social media and produced youth-centered radio content and educational materials distributed across 60+ radio stations. I also coordinated national health campaigns, including HPV vaccine awareness, and have freelance experience building Mailchimp email automation funnels and translating content from English to Swahili.
