What I'm looking for
I am an incident analyst with hands-on experience managing customer-impacting incidents across global enterprise environments. I lead cross-functional coordination during critical incidents and maintain clear stakeholder communication to ensure minimal SLA disruption.
I have owned incident resolution end-to-end, including triage, escalation, and post-incident analysis, and I drive continuous improvement of incident management processes. I routinely use Jira, Confluence, CRM tools, and internal dashboards to track and document incidents.
