I have owned incident resolution end-to-end, including triage, escalation, and post-incident analysis, and I drive continuous improvement of incident management processes. I routinely use Jira, Confluence, CRM tools, and internal dashboards to track and document incidents.

I am comfortable working with Linux and Windows environments and SQL.
