I am an Information Technology graduate with over three years of hands-on experience in payroll administration, HR software management, and ICT support. I specialize in implementing and administering Memorysoft HRMS modules including payroll, attendance, leave, biodata, and canteen management.

In my current role I manage end-to-end payroll processes, enroll employees on biometric devices, generate payroll and attendance reports, and ensure statutory compliance. I have led software upgrades, automated payroll journals, integrated casual payroll, and introduced system email alerts to reduce paper processes.

Previously I installed and supported Memorysoft desktop and web solutions, trained staff and clients, wrote SQL scripts, maintained client databases, and managed backups and upgrades. I also handled outsourced payroll for 1500+ employees, verified HR data, produced statutory returns, and supported audits and ERP postings.

I approach work practically and proactively, focusing on improving system efficiency, data accuracy, and user adoption through training and process automation. I am committed to delivering reliable ICT support and HRMS solutions that streamline operations and support organizational compliance.
