At Ardent Services International Ltd, I coordinate multidisciplinary field teams and design monitoring protocols for biodiversity, hydrological, environmental and agronomic assessments. I analyse ecological and agronomic data with R, Python, SPSS and GIS, then turn findings into technical reports, policy briefs and practical recommendations.
I contributed to a World Bank-supported assessment across four wetland systems, with inventories covering 289 plant species and 148 bird species. The work included a costed 2026–2031 action plan with SMART indicators and institutional responsibilities.
At Kijani Forestry Ltd, I coordinate community-based agroforestry, Payment for Ecosystem Services and carbon-removal field implementation. I developed and implemented standard operating procedures that improved team efficiency and data-collection accuracy by more than 30%, and mobilised and registered more than 3,500 farmers.
At Mukono Zonal Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MUZARDI), I coordinated agroforestry and crop-research workplans, managed demonstration plots and field experiments, and collected and analysed data on crop growth, soil health and tree survival. I also facilitated farmer training on improved agroforestry and cropping practices.
