I’m an MBA graduate with experience in data-driven operations, compliance, and customer lifecycle management, and I’m actively transitioning into Business Analysis and Data Strategy. In my current role at American Express, I work at the intersection of data, compliance, and risk operations—analyzing customer data to ensure adherence to fraud prevention and regulatory processes, and supporting data validation and governance for accuracy and integrity.
