I’m looking for a Business Analyst role where I can apply analytics, data validation, and CRM/workflow optimization to improve compliance and customer outcomes, partner with stakeholders, and grow through structured analytics and visualization work.

I’m an MBA graduate with experience in data-driven operations, compliance, and customer lifecycle management, and I’m actively transitioning into Business Analysis and Data Strategy. In my current role at American Express, I work at the intersection of data, compliance, and risk operations—analyzing customer data to ensure adherence to fraud prevention and regulatory processes, and supporting data validation and governance for accuracy and integrity.

Previously at Zomato, I managed high-impact customer escalations using data-backed resolution strategies, analyzed feedback trends for actionable insights, and streamlined escalation workflows to reduce resolution time. I also built structured dashboards and recommendations in a Customer Retention Strategy project using Excel and Power BI, and I’m deepening my focus through ongoing Business Analyst training in analytics, visualization, and strategic problem-solving.
