I’m an aspiring Packaged Application Engineer with a robust foundation in web application development, UI implementation, and API integration. I’m eager to apply my technical and analytical capabilities to support SaaS applications and enhance system stability.

At Cognizant Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I worked as a Process Executive where I managed, validated, and maintained structured content on enterprise platforms. I ensured accuracy, consistency, and compliance by following standardized workflows and SOPs, while performing quality checks, root-cause analysis, and escalations to support teams.

On the project side, I developed a full-stack AES encryption & decryption web application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, integrating APIs for secure data exchange and implementing a user-friendly UI. I also built interactive Power BI dashboards for global export analysis using DAX, Power Query, and data modeling to deliver automated KPI insights for decision-making.

I bring a practical approach to the SDLC and scalable delivery, leveraging tools and technologies like ReactJS, Git/Azure DevOps, MongoDB/SQL, and RESTful APIs. Along with hands-on experience in low-code platforms and certifications in Power BI and IoT, I’ve strengthened my ability to troubleshoot, collaborate, and optimize workflows.
