At Axzora Resourcing, I develop CommerceIQ, a platform that helps business users analyze production logs and incident patterns through conversational agent workflows. I built Deep Mode workflows that turn operational questions into search plans and evidence-supported answers.
I designed reusable MCP-style interfaces for search, incident analysis, and user-session lookup. I also added conversational memory and Langfuse tracing to support follow-ups and production-readiness review.
At Parker Hannifin, I built an enterprise chatbot that provides source-grounded answers from SharePoint. Its RAG pipelines use Azure AI Search, and its LangGraph and AutoGen workflows support retrieval planning, answer generation, and evaluation checks.
Earlier, I automated Azure infrastructure at SCE and developed security-scan integrations at PNC. I also worked on CI/CD, AWS data pipelines, and containerized services at LISNR and Path Technologies Ltd.
