In recruitment, I managed end-to-end hiring for Java developer roles—sourcing, screening, and interviewing while evaluating technical expertise, communication skills, and role alignment.

Alongside recruiting, I create and shape digital narratives that perform. As a Content and Script Writer, I develop engaging content and scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube videos, using creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling structures to boost audience engagement and retention—then adapt strategies across niches and formats while maintaining brand tone. I also support client partnerships through contract pitching and business development initiatives.

I’ve represented organizations across colleges through promotional and outreach activities, coordinated campaign execution, built connections, and supported team growth through recruiting and onboarding marketing executives.
