What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into a customer-centric technical role where I can apply empathy, emotional intelligence, communication, SQL, and computer literacy while collaborating with teams and growing in technical processes.

At St. Joseph's Skill Academy, I provided counseling to more than 50 students using CBT and ACT models, developed treatment plans with supervisors, and delivered psychoeducational classes to college students.

I'm transitioning from counseling psychology into a customer-centric technical field, bringing empathy, active listening, emotional intelligence, communication, and foundational SQL skills. My master's training includes assessments, data collection, transcriptions, effective communication, and counseling across positive, abnormal, workplace, family, and adolescent psychology.
