What I'm looking for

I'm seeking internships, research, counseling, HR, or entry-level roles where I can apply psychological principles, contribute evidence-based solutions, and grow with empathetic, collaborative teams.

I've supported customers at PALMONAS, providing escalation resolution, back-end operations, and peer mentoring through Freshdesk, Shopify, and ClickPost.

As an active listener at 7 Cups, I provide emotional support for anxiety, school stress, and life challenges while applying mental health first-aid and crisis intervention training. I also completed psychology-focused internships and research, including a study on how guidance and counseling services affect adolescents' psychological health.
