I'm a second-year Psychology undergraduate at Sigma University, building a foundation in psychological theories, research methodology, and empathetic communication.

During an online Clinical Psychology internship with Fortis Healthcare's Department of Mental Health & Behavioural Science, I developed exposure to client-focused mental health work. I bring active listening, rapport building, basic intake documentation principles, and career counselling skills.

I can organize data, communicate remotely, and make academic literature easier to understand. I also use Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic SPSS/data entry to support research, content, and learning projects.
